Initial Tour and Estimate
Once you schedule an appointment, a project manager will meet with you to see your project and understand your needs. He will ask questions and supply answers to commonly asked questions. In most cases, he will be able to provide a rough estimate so you can have some understanding of the project scope and pricing. After the initial meeting, he will contact you back with specific costs, time frames, and schedules for the project for your considerations.
Designs, Plans, & Permits
Once you choose to work with us, our team will create a design and draft plans to reflect the before and after. We will do EVERYTHING so you can sit back and relax while the planning process is taking place. We do not take this part of the project lightly, in fact, planning is the most important part to make sure no issues arise while the actual build is ongoing.
Construction
We begin on the day we agreed upon on physical preparation of the project. We will then post a daily construction report and estimated completion date.
